邱清萍牧師曾任中國信徒佈道會副總幹事，乃資深作家、講員和靈程導師，且編輯和出版中、英文雜誌和書籍。作品多探討心靈關顧和靈命塑造、衝突與復和、男女角色與互動等，另製作一套網上課程「培育教會和睦文化」。
她是「基督豐榮團契」創辦人之一，且是首屆會長。該組織提倡男女同工同盟，並且互相成全。

Rev. Cecilia Yau formerly served as Associate General Secretary of Chinese Christian Mission. An experienced writer, preacher, and editor of both Chinese and English-language periodicals and books, she has also served in recent years as a spiritual director. She has developed an online course on managing conflict in the church. Her writing and teaching focus on spiritual formation, conflict and reconciliation, and gender issues.
She is the co-founder and founding president of Fullness in Christ Fellowship, an organization committed to promoting gender equality in the church and Christian community.
